This 94ha site is one of the first major light industrial parks in Bucharest and is located on the western border of the city, close to the Carrefour/Militari retail park on the A1 highway at junction Kilometer 13. This junction is acknowledged as the premier logistics location in Bucharest. All infrastructure, including a 60 megawatt electricity substation, water retention lake and sewerage system, was newly built, with the first tenants taking occupation in summer 2006. Portland has constructed over 145,000m2 and provides full property management, asset management and accounting services.
This light industrial and distribution park adjoins the southern boundary of the Prague airport and the new Prague ring-road junction that connects to the Pilsen–Nürnberg highway. The 15ha site was a former coal depot and was transformed into numerous new buildings comprising 60,000m2 of space in a landscaped setting. Part of the site was developed on a turnkey basis for Lindab, and comprises two assembly halls and offices totaling approximately 30,000m2. Building C, with over 5,000m2, was leased to Nippon Express, Johnson & Johnson, and Panalpina....
This former Frigera manufacturing complex has been refurbished during 2014 to provide circa 20,000m2 of light industrial space. Hall A was upgraded in order to house Alltub on a long term lease and directly connects to their main factory. Various buildings have been demolished to provide expansion space and excellent loading and manipulation space.
