Portland Trust Announces New Leases at J8 Office Park, Totaling Approximately 3,800 sqm

Portland Trust announces new leasing agreements with three excellent companies, further confirming the project's position as a premier business hub in the North-Western part of the capital. DY Nutrition (420 sqm), TP (3,100 sqm) and Samsic (300 sqm) will collectively occupy approximately 3,800 sqm of A class space. TP, a global leader in digital business services, has moved from multiple floors and committed to one entire floor and to upgrading its ESG credentials. DY Nutrition, a company specializing in high-quality sports nutrition, and Samsic, a multinational facility management provider, also established their headquarters within the complex, benefiting from J8 Office Park''s advanced specification, multi-use environment and strategic location.

8000 sqm in new leased spaces at J8 Office Park

Portland Trust, the developer of J8 Office Park announces new tenants for the office project located in the northwest of the capital.Dr. Max, HIGH-TECH SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE (HTSS) and REO Medical will occupy over 8000 square meters, the equivalent of approximatively 3 floors. These new partnerships reaffirm the attractiveness of J8 Office Park. This business hub is in a blooming residential area with a focus on connectivity due to the subway and the future metro line developments that will connect J8 Office Park directly with the Southern part of Bucharest. Moreover, numerous public transportations, micro-mobility options and quick access to schools, day care, parks and retail centres have been at the core of decision for the new upcoming tenants.

Portland has won “Best Investment Transaction of the Year” award for EXPO Business Park at the CIJ Awards Gala 2022

Last week, together with S Immo, we received the “Best Investment Transaction of the Year” award for EXPO Business Park at the CIJ Awards Gala 2022. The sale of Expo Business Park in Spring this year confirmed to us once again that integrating the latest and most efficient technology in our buildings is a long-term winning strategy, increasing the liquidity and long-term investment value of the assets for the institutional buyers. In 2019 EXPO Business Park achieved BREEAM OUTSTANDING environmental certification, the first new office development in Romania to do so.
