A 46,000 m2 net office development completed in 2021 in the area of Bucureștii Noi, just one metro stop north of the Expoziției development area / 1 Mai. There are two buildings over a 700 space car park designed with a modern and fresh approach to finishes but also with efficiency in mind and large floor plates of over 3,000 m2. The project includes health and fitness facilities, restaurants, car chargers, bicycle racks and changing rooms for the employees.
The ventilation system at J8 Office Park ensures a 100% fresh air supply, eliminating any recycled air intake. To further enhance air quality, the Air Handling Unit is equipped with UV-C/UVGI lamps that provide an additional barrier against viruses and bacteria, alongside HEPA H14 filters that capture 99.995% of microscopic contaminants. The buildings are entirely powered by green energy, featuring motion sensor LED lights, efficient facades that repel solar heat, solar panels for hot water, and a rainwater collection system for on-site irrigation.
