Portland Trust worked with joint venture partner Eurovea to lease the 25,000 m2 of office space and reposition the 55,000 m2 shopping mall during 2010–2014. Portland Trust’s role included financial budgeting, individual budgeting of office, residential and retail service charges, general OPEX, marketing and various construction and improvement initiatives.
